ABOUT INTERCULTURAL ENCOUNTERS:
Intercultural Encounters is a non profit (501c3) dedicated to bringing individuals from all walks of life together in an intentional manner, giving voice to those who are sometimes silenced, inspiring people to appreciate and embrace cultural arts, and empowering people to envision life and the world through multiple lenses through books, events, music and artistic collaborations. In striving to make the world a better place, Intercultural Encounters is committed to including multicultural, multinational, multi-idealogical perspectives in every book it publishes. While promoting each of our book projects, we go above and beyond conventional bookstore releases and literally put the four principles into action as we host writing workshops; dine, discourse & discussion opportunities; and globally-themed music and dance events. We believe that everyone has a story to tell, a lesson to share and something to teach others and plan our books, projects and events accordingly.
